Our P&P is a flat rate, £12.25, to most parts of the UK.

It is VERY IMPORTANT, please, to fill in the any other details box ’Leave package when delivered?' instructions on the details form, e.g. leave parcel with next-door neighbours, in porch/shed, etc., if at all possible. We will request 'signature optional' (no need for you to stay in to receive the plants) on the delivery instructions and if you are out our carriers would like instructions as to where the plants may be left reasonably safely. Of course, if you would prefer the added security of signing for the plants please let us know and we will note your dispatch note accordingly. We will contact you before dispatching your plants to check delivery date which can, of course, be altered to suit you.

Also, please don’t forget to fill in your contact details: email address, a home and, if appropriate, a work telephone.

Carriage Charge (including packaging):

England and Wales Next Day Delivery £12.25 however many plants you buy.

For parts of Scotland and Islands there's no problem in delivering but the cost is more, please contact us giving your postcode and we'll let you know what the carriage will cost.
We can also send plants to any EU country - no phytosanitary certificate required - and farther afield where a phytosanitary certficate may be required.

If you just wish to buy one or two plants we may be able to reduce the cost, please contact us.


Payment

We accept payment by cheque, debit or credit card or bacs.
Please make sure you fill in all the relevant details on the order form. We do not present cheques for payment or process credit/debit cards until the plants are ready to dispatch.
If paying by cheque, please use the ‘limited amount’ method in case we cannot supply all your plants. On the lower amount line of the cheque put ‘Not to exceed £XXX’, this being the maximum cost including postage. We will fill in the exact amount and, of course, inform you.
If paying by BACS quote our account name 'ProperPlants.com', our sort code 09-06-66, our bank account number 41105201, reference your surname and please let us know by email if you pay this way.

Dispatch

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 days and will let you know when we do so. We take great care packing your plants and expect our carriers to do the same. Should there be any problems please contact us immediately, we want you to be pleased with your plants, and will do our best to rectify any hiccups.
